Cardiologist, Assistant Professor of Medicine
Indiana University School of Medicine
Dr. Keyur Vora, MD, MS, FACP, FACC, FSCCT
Dr. Keyur Vora is a cardiologist and clinical trialist with the Ischemic Heart Disease Investigation Team at the Krannert Cardiovascular Research Center. With expertise in clinical cardiovascular diseases, multimodality cardiac imaging, and biomedical informatics, Dr. Vora specializes in Cardiovascular MR, CT coronary angiography, and interventional echocardiography techniques. His research focuses on precision diagnostics, prognostics, and rational therapeutics in ischemic heart disease, with a particular emphasis on vessel-muscle relationships in the acute phase of myocardial infarction and strategies to mitigate ischemia-reperfusion injury.
An elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), American College of Cardiology (FACC), and Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (FSCCT), Dr. Vora holds SCMR Level III certification in cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. As a certified clinical investigator, he leads and collaborates on multicenter trials spanning STEMI care, coronary angiography, hemorrhagic myocardial infarction, and AI-driven applications in cardiovascular medicine.
