Daniel C. Lee, MD, MSc, FSCMR is a Professor in the Departments of Medicine (Cardiology) and Radiology, Co-Director of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Director of the Northwestern University Cardiovascular Imaging Core Laboratory (NUCICL) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He earned his BA at Northwestern University and completed his MD, internal medicine residency, cardiology and CMR fellowships at Northwestern. Dr. Lee has served as principal investigator on research grants from the NIH, American Heart Association, and industry studying CMR for assessment of myocardial perfusion, tissue characterization, left atrial stasis, and imaging core laboratory analysis for clinical trials.
