Former U.S. Naval Petty Officer now developing imaging applications for cardiovascular medicine. I am currently an Instructor of Medicine at the Cardiac MR center of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical School. Previously, I received my Ph.D. in medical engineering with a computer science concentration in the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology joint program. Originally trained as physicist with a quantum mechanics focus, I have 8+ years of experience in cardiovascular medical imaging research.
