Colin Berry, MD, PhD

Professor Colin Berry holds a Chair in Cardiology and Imaging in the University of Glasgow and current Executive Editor of the European Heart Journal. Professor Berry is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, the American College of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology. He is Director of the British Heart Foundation Centre of Research Excellence in the University of Glasgow, Director of Research for the School of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Health and Director of Research and Development in the Golden Jubilee National Hospital. He is a Consultant Cardiologist in this hospital and in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. His group's research is focused on ischaemic heart disease.
