Dr. Ye Tian (IPA: /jε tʰiɛn/) is a Research Assistant Professor at the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Southern California. His research utilizes a 0.55 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner to improve dynamic imaging capabilities, with a focus on cardiovascular imaging, fetal imaging, and novel acquisition and reconstruction methods. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Utah in 2019 and then completed postdoc training at the University of Southern California, receiving Postdoctoral Scholarship from the American Heart Association (AHA). He is also selected as a Junior Fellow of the International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM).
