Alexandra Marshall, MS, CCET, ACSM-CEP, is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and was a part of the nationally ranked swim team. She continued her education at Wake Forest University where she earned her Masters of Science degree in Health and Exercise Sciences with a focus on exercise and chronic disease and cancer management. She currently resides in Richmond, VA where she is a clinical research manager and clinical exercise physiologist for Virginia Commonwealth University and VCU Health, Pauley Heart Center. The research she works in, is centered around cardiology-oncology and using exercise and MRI as a tool to preserve heart function and exercise capacity among cancer patients and survivors.
She still enjoys swimming and recently has gotten into running half marathons. She has two English Labradors that keep her very busy and always provide an abundant amount of laughs and snuggles.
