PhD Candidate
King's College London, United Kingdom
Olivier Jaubert graduated from Centrale Paris Engineer School in 2014 with the degree of Engineer in Aeronautics and Space. Following a six month internship in image processing for the conception of reactor blades in Bordeaux , he worked as an engineer on GE's PET/MR System at the Neuroimaging facility CENIR, under the supervision of Professor Stéphane Lehéricy, where he developed an interest for the MR technology. Impressed by the variety and complexity of MR acquisition he started a PhD in the Biomedical Engineering department at King's College to deepen his knowledge of MR Physics, acquisition and reconstruction under the supervision of Dr. Claudia Prieto (King's College London) and Dr. Daniel Rueckert (Imperial College London). The main focus of his PhD is on tailoring the new Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting method to cardiac applications. This project is part of a collaboration between KCL, Imperial and Philips Healthcare.
