1985-90 Won a 5-year AR.MED fellowship at the Institute of Clinical Physiology, Pisa.
1985 Attending the Cardiology Department in the Milton Keynes General Hospital - Milton Keynes - United Kingdom
1991 Specialist in Cardiology cum laude with a final thesis concerning "Myocardial Perfusion by contrast echocardiography"
