Ed DiBella, PhD, is a tenured Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the University of Utah. He is an adjunct Professor in Biomedical Engineering and in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Since 2016, Dr. DiBella also serves as Director of the Utah Center for Advanced Imaging Research (UCAIR), which is composed of 17 PhD faculty and numerous students and postdoctoral fellows in the Radiology and Imaging Sciences Department. Dr. DiBella has interests in improving the acquisition, reconstruction, and post-processing of MRI, with particular emphasis on cardiac imaging.
