Dr. Camila Munoz received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 2012, and her PhD degree from King’s College London in 2019. She worked as Research Associate in the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences at King’s College London from 2018 to 2022, where she focused on the development of novel image acquisition and reconstruction methods for efficient whole-heart MR and PET-MR imaging, including multi-contrast approaches and motion-corrected undersampled reconstruction techniques. She is now a Research Associate at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London, where she works on advancing diffusion tensor cardiac MRI.
